Rule 5
Decisions will be final
(1) The order or judgment passed by the court in relation to the case shall be final. Such order or judgment shall not be reviewed or repeated.
(2) If a case presented before the court includes other related questions in addition to serious constitutional questions, the court may make a final decision on all the questions contained in the case.
(3) If any other case that is interrelated with a case within the jurisdiction of the court is under consideration in another court and if the court feels that it is appropriate to hear that case at the same time, it may decide such case together with the case pending before it.
(4) While proceeding with a case under consideration in the court, if it appears that such case does not include the matter considered by the constitutional bench according to rule 3 and should be dealt with by another bench of the court, it may be sent to the relevant bench.
